Board of Director’s Meeting
Wednesday, December 6, 2023

Meeting was opened at 4:38 pm by president, Simeon Mosel. Those present were Simeon Mosel, Travis Wingate, Karen Ostry, Rick Schuchardt and Randy Reinke, who ends his term. Genny Mosel was absent.
Introduction and recognition of the new board members:
Ryan Volk from Battle Creek, Nebraska,
Dustin Blair from Creighton, Nebraska
and alternate: Heather Lurz from Valentine, Nebraska.
Election of Officers for Board of Directors:
Randy Reinke made a motion that Travis Wingate keep the office of treasurer. Seconded by Karen Ostry and all in favor.
Simeon Mosel nominated Rick Schuchardt for vice-president and he accepted. Randy Reinke made a motion that Rick be vice-president and it was seconded by Travis Wingate and all were in favor.
Motion was made by Randy Reinke that Karen Ostry retain secretary. It was seconded by Travis Wingate and all were in favor.
Motion was made by Randy Reinke that Simeon Mosel retain president. It was seconded by Travis Wingate and all were in favor.
There were no motions to make for the 2023 AGMM OCIA Nebraska.
No OCIA Int’l AGMM Bylaws amendment proposals were received.
There were no OCIA Nebraska AGMM Speaker payments.
2024 OCIA International Packet was not available yet.
Next Teleconference Meeting date will be Monday, March 11, 2024 at 7:00 pm
A thank you was said to Randy Reinke for his service on the board.
Travis Wingate made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Randy Reinke seconded it and all were in favor.
