Their Story
Knopik Farm is a certified organic farm and member of OCIA Nebraska growing corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, alfalfa and cover crops. They also raise cattle, goats and chickens.
This is a great tour with two different stops. We will start the Nore Farm (near Primrose) at 10 am and move to the Knopik farm at noon. We will lunch there and then explore the Knopik farm.

At the Nore farm we will listen and learn about row crops and tillage tools used for weed control in soybeans. We will hear how they apply compost extract at planting and also apply extract as a foliar application using drones. We may see a drone demonstration as well.

At the Knopik Farm, Tom will discuss their livestock and rotational grazing system. Other Knopiks will explain how they supply water to cattle with our portable water tanks, fencing, etc. Kyle will discuss his NO fence collars for goats.

Hosts include: Jim, Tom, Lane and Kyle Knopik
